Power within the agreed envelope, cooling, a shared 1 Gbps port with 2 TB outbound a month, private remote access, monitoring, reboots, one approved reimage and 15 minutes of remote hands a month, with a four-business-hour response target.

Application uptime guarantees, model tuning and backups. Monitoring does not protect your data; back it up or agree a backup service separately.

Over private remote access, with full root. Add your SSH public keys when you pre-order and we install them for root on every machine. You choose the OS image (DGX OS or Ubuntu), or give us the URL of your own image.

We monitor temperature, disks and reachability and act when something looks wrong, within the four-business-hour response target. Remote hands can work on the machine for you, with 15 minutes a month included. Warranty and replacement terms for your machine are confirmed with your quote.

You can withdraw a pre-order yourself in My pre-orders until we confirm it; after that, write to us. Management cancels on 30 days' notice, and the hardware stays yours: we ship it to you, or you can sell it back once buyback opens.

On the day we rack your machine. It is $99 per machine per month, so a bundle pays it for each unit.

Your machine is racked and managed by us in Asia or the US. Write to us before you pay and we'll tell you the facility and its physical security for your order.

Yes, whenever you ask. Worldwide delivery, subject to export and customs rules: we check the destination and the parties involved before anything ships, and some destinations or recipients may need a licence or can't be served.

Advanced computing hardware can fall under export controls, such as the US Export Administration Regulations, and the rules change often. Owning a machine doesn't override them. We check at order time and again before dispatch. Import duties and VAT are paid by the importer unless your invoice says otherwise.

Roughly: one unit runs ~70B models comfortably and up to ~200B at FP4; two linked units reach the ~405B class; four reach ~700B. These figures follow NVIDIA's published numbers and are approximate: they depend on quantization and context length.

Each build boots from a 500 GB NVMe SSD. You can add a 1 TB SATA SSD ($150), a 2 TB SATA SSD ($250) or a 4 TB HDD ($300), paid once with the hardware. Tell us what you need in your pre-order.
